2. How to get your registration confirmed ?
Once you complete the online registration, send your DD or cash to the address shown in registration page. After the receipt of DD or cash only,your registration will be confirmed.
3. With out DD how I can pay my registration fee?
You can pay the fee directly by cash deposit ( Account No given in registration page ). After paying the fee to bank you must send the counter foil to us through courier. After the receipt of counter foil only you get confirmation.
4. How I send my registration fee?

5. In which bank account shall I pay my registration fee?

6. How do I know whether I get confirmed or not?
The confirmed delegates are shown in the page Approved Delegates.
7. What are the opportunities available to me?
Plenty. In all gathering arranged by hams, wherever they are.
8. Is it a good venue?
Sure. It is the best place available with all required facilities
9. What about the Guest Speakers?
The Organizers well in advance request veterans in this field to come prepared to talk and participate on all subjects and clear the doubts if any and satisfy the audience. Induced by their speech, all other hams who have come will also participate in discussion and offer their own advises and remarks,
10. I am not from Pollachi , where can I stay?
Oh! There are number of hotels, guest houses and hostel rooms available to you.
11. Will that be pinching my pocket heavily?
No, not at all. It depends again on your choice. You can choose any hotel to suit your pocket. Rooms are available from Rs 350/- to Rs.650/- You can select.
12. Who will arrange that?
If you communicate well in advance, the accommodation committee will do that for you. You can yourself choose the hotel and do it.
13. In Pollachi on arrival how I will be guided?
If you communicate the arrival details to the reception committee they will take care of you and guide you properly either on air through 2 mtrs rigs, inform you how to reach your stay place or meeting venue or send a person to take you to the proper place.
14. Will the organizers arrange for my return journey?
Sure. On specific request this can be done.
15. Can I bring my XYL and guests?
Yes .You can jolly well do it. In fact the participation in large numbers is very much expected. That alone will make the meet a success.
16. Any souvenir will be released?
Yes. A souvenir containing technical and non technical topics, individual experiences, kit details, club activities, innovation made, suggestions and advises in operating procedure and methods,, sent well in advance, before the printing work is started. Organizers welcome these from all, including you .Please contribute and oblige.
17. Will there be any exhibition in the meet?
Yes. Many will bring their home brewed items, circuit boards, spare parts, old equipments, antennas and other items to exhibit and sell.
18. What else I can do to help the organizers?
Plenty. Clearly confirm your participation arrangements, submit articles to souvenir and floor discussions, supply gift articles, mementos etc, if any, in large numbers to the organizers for distribution to the other participants.
