2. The above mentioned rates are indicate only and may vary for different hotels. Complete 100% amount has to be sent in advance along with delegate registration for confirmed booking of accommodation.

3. The amount received will be paid to the hotel & the difference amount if any whatsoever has to be directly settled with the hotel at the time of checkout.

3. The Delegate kit is provided to the Primary delegate only.  Accompanying spouse and childen will not get the delegate kit.  However the accompanying spouse and children are eligible for all events of the Hamfest.

4. Confirmed accommodation booking information will be intimated to the delegates through email only with complete reference of accommodation address and booking details.

5. Delegate fee is not refundable and not transferable also
