  • The above mentioned rates are indicative only and may vary for different hotels. Complete 100% amount has to be sent in advance along with delegate registration for confirmed booking of accommodation.
  • The amount received will be paid to the hotel & the difference amount if any whatsoever has to be directly settled with the hotel at the time of checkout.

    2. The receipt of the registration fee through courier/post and direct A/c. will be acknowledge through email only.  Original receipt will be given at Hamfest India 2010 registration desk.

   3. The Delegate kit is provided to the Primary delegate only.  Accompanying spouse and childen will not get the delegate kit.  However the accompanying spouse and children are eligible to participate in all events of Hamfest.

   4. Confirmed accommodation booking information will be intimated to the delegates through email only with complete information and relevant details.

   5. Delegate fee is not refundable and not transferable also.

   6. Complimentary kit for late and spot registration will be subject to availability.
